When everything seems to be getting a little too much too handle just stop!
Stop for a moment and consider how you feel.
How are you feeling?
Now ask yourself 'why am I feeling like this'?
Once you have both answers, ask yourself this final question,'is this how I want to feel'?
Now fix it - put everything back into perspective, take a deep breath, smile and breathe again then continue on your way.
Congratulations, you are now back in control!
When we take a moment to re-evaluate our position, in a world that is spinning on it's own around us, we take back control of our lives.
